A Glow Studio Tanning & Beauty Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours, so we’ve created the following cancellation and no-show policies to ensure all clients receive the best possible experience! Facial Services • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. • If you cancel or reschedule outside the 24-hour notice period, or fail to show up for your appointment: • 1st occurrence: Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. • Subsequent occurrences: You will be charged 100% of the service cost. All other esthetic services: Lash extensions, brows, waxing cancellation or no-shows outside the 24-hour policy will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you due to scheduling constraints, you will be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for the full cost of the service. Airbrush Appointments • A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. • If you cancel or reschedule within at least 8 hours’ notice, your $20 deposit will: • Be refunded or • Credited toward a rescheduled appointment. • If you cancel or reschedule outside the 8-hour notice period, or fail to show up for your appointment: • Your $20 deposit will be forfeited. As a busy studio often with a waitlist, this ensures our estheticians are being compensated for their time and allows us to better serve all our clients.
